Perma-Crete® High Build 100% Acrylic Primer is specifically designed for priming interior and exterior above-grade, masonry substrates requiring high-performance finishes.
- Alkali-resistant allowing you to apply to fresh concrete at 7 days and/or surface conditions less than 13 pH
- Seals and prepares recommended substrates preventing moisture damage
- Low temperature application to 35°F which allows for a longer painting season
- Effloresence resistence minimizing white crusty salt deposits
- Excellent application properties which require less time to apply and resist pinholing
